9月16日至23日，应英国威尔士三一圣大卫大学、格拉斯哥美术学院、日本女子美术大学、武藏野美术大学邀请，我校党委书记谢昌晶一行赴英国斯旺西、格拉斯哥，日本神奈川和东京开展学术交流访问。我校国际合作与交流处处长、佛山校区管委会常务副主任伍端，后勤管理处处长孙凯军，工艺美术学院讲师方昕，工业设计学院讲师黄凯茜等随团出访。

From September 16 to 23, Xie Changjing, Secretary of the Party Committee of GAFA, and his delegation were invited by the University of Wales Trinity St David, Glasgow School of Art, Joshibi University of Art and Design and Musashino Art University to carry out academic visits to the United Kingdom and Japan. Mr. Wu Duan, Director of Foreign Affairs Office, Executive Deputy Director of Foshan Campus Management Committee, and Mr. Sun Kaijun, Director of Logistic Office, accompanied the delegation on the visit.

9月17日，谢昌晶一行前往英国威尔士三一圣大卫大学进行学术交流访问。威尔士三一圣大卫大学全球学院东亚和东南亚业务发展主任Esther Liu等人热情接待了我校访问团。双方回顾了两校在联合培养等方面开展的交流合作，并对期间取得的成果表示肯定。双方均表示，希望在现有的基础上进一步增强交流互动。随后，我校访问团参观了该校美术馆、图书馆，并对相关工作室进行了调研。

On September 17, Xie Changjing and his delegation went to the University of Wales Trinity St David for an academic visit. Esther Liu, Regional Head of Business Development in East and Southeast Asia of Wales Global Academy of Wales Trinity St David University, and others warmly received the delegation. The two sides reviewed the exchanges and cooperation between the two universities in joint training and other aspects, and affirmed the achievements achieved during the period. Both sides expressed the hope to further enhance exchanges and interactions on the existing basis. Later, the delegation visited the university''s art museum and library, and conducted research on related studios.

9月18日，英国格拉斯哥美术学院全球学术发展总监托马斯·格里诺教授、战略与营销部门总监斯哥特·帕森斯、建筑学院院长萨利·斯图尔特教授、创新技术学院院长高登·霍什教授等热情接待了我校访问团。双方回顾了两校在专业展览、联合培养等方面开展的交流合作，并就教师互访、学生互派、教学工作坊等内容深入交换了意见。随后，我校访问团参观了学校相关工作室、专业画室等。

On September 18, Professor Thomas Greenough, Director of Global Academic Development, Scott Parsons, Director of Strategy and Marketing Department, Professor Sally Stewart, Head of The Mackintosh School of Architecture, Professor Gordon Hush, Head of the School of Innovative Technology, and others warmly welcomed the delegation from GAFA. The two sides reviewed the exchanges and cooperation in the fields of professional exhibitions and joint training, and exchanged in-depth views on teacher visits, student exchanges, teaching workshops and other fields. Afterwards, the delegation visited relevant studios and professional painting studios of GSA.

9月21日，谢昌晶一行前往日本神奈川县访问女子美术大学。该校副校长后藤浩介、教学事务部部长上田圭一、国际交流部部长日沼祯子、教授横山胜树等接待了我校代表团。日本女子美术大学是与我校最早建立交流合作关系的海外院校之一，至今已有25年合作历史。双方回顾了两校在专业展览、教师互访、学生互派等方面开展的交流合作，希望继续加强交流，促进两校师生教学科研创作水平的提升。在林亚纪子等人的陪同下，我校访问团观摩了该校室内设计、染织专业等课程的教学，并参观了展览厅、工作坊、专业画室等。

On September 21, Xie Changjing and his delegation went to Japan to visit Joshibi University of Art and Design. Goto Kosuke, Vice President of the University, Ueda Kiichi, Director of the Department of Educational Affairs, Hinuma Teiko, Director of the Department of International Office, and Professor Yokoyama Kastuki received the delegation. Joshibi is one of the first overseas institutions to establish exchange cooperation relations with GAFA, and has a history of cooperation for 25 years. The two sides reviewed the exchanges and cooperation between the two universities in professional exhibitions, teacher visits, student exchanges and other aspects, hoping to continue to strengthen exchanges and promote the improvement of teaching, research and creation level of the teachers and students of the two universities. Accompanied by Ms. Akiko Hayashi and others, the delegation observed the teaching of Interior Design, Dyeing and Weaving, and visited the exhibition hall, workshops and professional painting studio.

9月22日，日本武藏野美术大学校长樺山祐和、小林昭世教授等热情接待了我校访问团。樺山祐和对谢昌晶一行的到访表示热烈欢迎，并希望借由本次机会，共促两校艺术人才的培养。谢昌晶表示，广州美术学院作为华南乃至粤港澳大湾区唯一一所独立建制的高等美术学府，历史悠久、文化积淀深厚、开放包容，在国内外艺术交融中展现出多元性与创新性，此次出访希望加强与武藏野美术大学的交流合作。座谈结束后，我校访问团参观了该校图书馆、美术馆、工作室等公共空间。

On September 22, President Kabayama of Musashino Art University and Professor Kobayashi warmly received the delegation and held a symposium. President Kabayama hoped to take this opportunity to promote the cultivation of art talents between the two universities. Xie Changjing said that Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, as the only independent higher institution of fine arts in South China and even the Guangdong-Hong Kong- Macao Greater Bay Area, has a long history, profound cultural accumulation, openness and inclusiveness, and shows diversity and innovation in the integration of domestic and foreign arts. He looks forward to promoting exchanges and cooperation with Musashino Art University during this visit. After the discussion, the delegation visited the library, art gallery, studio and other public spaces of the school.

此次出访，有效拓展和提升了我校与世界高水平艺术院校的交流和合作，必将进一步推动学校高质量发展，提升学校国际化办学水平。

This visit has effectively expanded and enhanced the exchanges and cooperation between GAFA and first-class art colleges and universities in the world, which will further promote the high-quality development and the international level of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.
